Admission Notification (Under Choice Based Credit System Semester Scheme) for Under-Graduate 5th&6thSemester of Batch 2016 (Regular)

 

It is notified for the information of all concerned students of B.A/B.SC/B.COM/B.C.A (CBCS) 5th& 6th  semesters for admission on Provisional Basis (as a special case). The admission formalities shall be available from 28-11-2018 upto 13-12-2018 on the following terms and conditions:

  1. All the candidates of B.A/B.Sc/B.Com/BCA (3rd and 4thSem) Batch 2016 shall be eligible for admission. The candidates of Batch 2015& Annual scheme batches (2nd year), who have not sought admission in 5th& 6th Sem yet are also eligible for admission.
  2.  The candidates of Batch 2016 (only) seeking admission in 5th& 6th Semester shall visit the Information Cell of the College concerned for Enrolment Sheet and do not need to download any Admission form. However, the candidates of Batch 2015 & Annual Scheme, seeking admission in 5th& 6th Semester, shall have to submit the Online Admission Form available on the University Website. In case of any discrepancy related to online form submission, the candidate shall visit the Information Cell of the College (with all Original documents) in which she intends to seek admission. The said form will be available on the University website (www.kashmiruniversity.net).
  3. The candidates have to submit the Enrolment Sheet (Batch 2016)/downloaded Admission form (Batch 2015 & older)for 5 th& 6th semesters in the college concerned with a specific subject combination as per syllabus in vogue.
  4. The College shall assign the subjects online as mentioned by the candidate in Enrolment Sheet/ Admission form.
  5. The candidate needs to confirm the subjects (assigned online by the College)on My             Form Status page, strictly prior to the generation of Fee Receipt.
  6.  If the subjects shown on the My Form Status page are not as per the choice of candidate, she shall immediately visit College Information Cell for subject correction within stipulated time (before Fee Receipt generation).
  7. After  online  Subject confirmation &  Fee Receipt generation by the candidate on My Form Status Page, no subject changes whatsoever shall be allowed.
  8.  The fee payment through Receipt Mode can be deposited at any Finacle Branch of J&K Bank.
  9.  The candidates have to submit requisite admission and examination fee for 5th& 6th  Semester as per fee structure in vogue.
